Here's my review from Day 1. There's some pics and videos and even an editorial of me complaining about bogans but I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty average. Read on to see some loose units, an awesome Yaesayer video and some of highlights.
Well it looks as if the masses have survived the first day of Splendour In The Grass, sure Reegan has been missing for about 3 hours, but that was always going to happen. It is another epic line up for Saturday. So here's a couple of killer clips of our favourite bands that will be playing later today.
It was an epic night of live music at the Gaelic with round 2 of Freshly Cut presented by Radar Radio and Jim Beam. The live music loving crowd got into The Jefferson, My Future Lies and headliners Chaingang. Check out the photos.
While the Sydney sideshow for Scissor Sisters might have lacked the star cameo appearance of Kylie Minogue, yes... that happened in Melbourne earlier in the week, but the band made it up with sheer show business razzamatazz. Check out the wicked photos of their big top performance at Luna Park.

Alongside bands like Friendly Fires and Delphic, Ireland’s Two Door Cinema Club represent a new hybrid generation of music-making kids raised on equal parts of rock and electronic music. Needless to say, the band (who got their name after one member mispronounced the local Tudor Cinema).
