Channelling the sun and shine of their native Queensland, Last Dinosaurs deliver gorgeous, summery indie pop and tropical tones. After forming in 2009, this Brisbane four-piece quickly turned heads and were snapped up by the Dew Process record label, home to Sarah Blasko, The Grates and The Living End.
Since then, they’ve recorded an impressive debut EP Back From The Dead, played Splendour in the Grass and Laneway festivals and supported the likes of Foals, Matt & Kim and The Grates. Lately, the lads have put their heads down and buried themselves in Sydney’s famous BigJesusBurger studios forging their first album. If the EP is anything to go by, the record should be a cracker.
